THE WAFFLES The waffles are prepared in-house using homemade recipes and fresh ingredients, featuring interesting flavors and toppings like ham and Swiss or your more classic fruit or peanut butter. Few of the waffles actually need syrup, and you can build-your-own waffle as well. Wanna get crazy? Exclusive to the Fargo location is the Dakota Luau waffle that comes with pulled pork, pineapple salsa and a honey barbecue drizzle. THE (BLACK) COFFEE And then, there's coffee. The owners roast the espresso by hand. You can get drip coffee, cold brews, and other classic coffee drinks. THE SPACE The restaurant features high ceilings, walls adorned with local art, and garage-door windows that can be open when the weather is nice. THE EXTRAS They also serve wine and beer late into the night if you're looking for somewhere casual to have a drink that isn't a rowdy bar.
