Fargo's Proof Artisan Distillers distills dang-good spirits.

Operating on a historic site in downtown Fargo, Proof Artisan Distillers produces award winning vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon and liqueurs from local products: potatoes, barley and corn.

Visit Proof’s on-site tasting room and enjoy a hand crafted unique cocktail made with your favorite spirit. Tour the distillery, take a mixology class, or enjoy dinner and drinks with friends.

FUN FACT

UND alumni may recognize the beautiful 120 year old bar in the tasting room, it was rescued from demolition from its former home at the Down UNDer in Grand Forks, ND.

HISTORY

The distillery opened in 2016 and has established quite the distribution range. Proof products are now available in North Dakota, Minnesota, Illinois, and Arizona.

The distillery used to be home to a Ford and Cadillac dealership, as well as the Fargo Municipal Courthouse. The distillery's primary still (nicknamed “the Judge”) holds court over the tasting room on the site of the former judge’s chambers.
